This brand new hotel is located off 820 in the beautiful Fossil Creek. Value Place is an extended stay hotel that offers both value and comfort Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay. While many people decide to stay with us for months, many people staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon check-in even unless the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at check-out pending no damages or owed charges.Value Place Ft. Worth Fossil Creek is conveniently located off NE Loop 820 & N. Beach Street. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment. HOURS OF OPERATION: Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm, closed Sunday. Saturday check in from 10:00am to 2:00pm. For guests arriving after 6:00pm Mon-Fri and after 2:00pm on Saturday, use the courtesy phone in the lobby and call Ext 500 for the Studio Officer for check-in.
