the hotel is very central and you can walk anywhere. also found in some of the best neighborhoods of Madrid, ideal for shopping at luxury shops the room that we had was very dark and overlooking an interior courtyard, and also could hear the noise of guests and room next door.	8

Helaas, verblijf in dit hotel was niet prettig voor mij. Mijn kamer had geen raam, had geen natuurlijk licht, dat was heel vervelend voor mij. Ik vind dit onaanvaardbaar voorwaarden voor een 4-sterren hotel en een hoge prijs betaald.	6

Prompt receptie aandacht, handige locatie, comfortabele maar onopvallende kamer. Het ontbijtbuffet was aanzienlijk, met een ruime keuze. Echter, op 20 euro was het duur en geserveerd in een kantine-achtige omgeving.	8

The beds are too hard, very rude staff. Overall a bad experience. We should have stayed there 4 nights but checked out after one night. They tried to wrongly charge us an extra night ..	5

The hotel is in a privileged area of Madrid. It has relatively close to subway station. As there were no more rooms we hired we were given a higher category. I have no criticism of the hotel. All the decor is a bit outdated and the bathrooms may lack some reform.	8

Ik hou van de locatie van het hotel en het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en maakte je comfortabel voelt. Alle kwesties (mijn veilig was vergrendeld) waren binnen enkele minuten opgelost. 1 van de beste hotels heb ik verbleef inch	8

Met mijn volledige gebrek aan Spaanse het geweldig was dat bijna alle medewerkers redelijk goed Engels had, ze waren zeer behulpzaam bij elke gelegenheid. Het ontbijtbuffet laat je willen voor niets in de keuze. Het hotel biedt ook een uitstekende Michelin ster restaurant. De kamers waren schoon en comfortabel. Voor de prijs van uw verblijf Ik had verwacht dat toegang tot internet worden opgenomen niet een extra.	9

De locatie was uitstekend - op korte loopafstand van metro - 10 minuten ot centrum van de stad, 30 minuten naar de luchthaven, en ver genoeg van niet te worden beïnvloed door menigten / noise.The kamer was mooi - ruim en schoon.	10
