The location was perfect. The Gothic Quarter is cozy and festive place to live in near to Metro, close to Las Ramblas and close to many nice bars and cafes. The rooms were finely decorated and always clean. And despite the lively neighborhood not heard anything about it in your room so you could easily sleep I found it very strange when we checked in, that they should not see any passport or other ID, we were introduced to the hotel or neighborhood. We were just handed the key and we had to find the remainder. Only after three days they wanted to know who we were and got us down on their list of residents. Strange	7

Location: very central to city break, breakfast and rich enough In a 4 * is normally equipped mini-bar, not just water! The remote control of the tv did not work, there were no utensils in the bathroom (Duschgel. ...), the staff at the reception was polite but was not friendly . Im actually a different standard in a 4 * hotel used to.	6

The situation. The bathrooms are incorrect. The first days I was in a tiny room with the window broken and could not be opened. And none of the keys they gave me to open the liquor cabinet work. In the second room could hear much noise from the street and opened onto a common balcony to the next room and had no separation with which could move from one room to another.	6

De locatie is geweldig en de receptie personeel is altijd behulpzaam. Het s dicht bij de vele grote attracties en restaurants. Er is een grote mal probleem met het plafond in onze kamer. I m zeker van het hotel zal zich bezighouden met het na ons vertrek, maar ik was enigszins verbaasd dat de kamer werd gebruikt voordat het probleem was opgelost. Ook lawaai van de straat is een probleem als je een straat zijkamer, maar het is Barcelona na alle.	8

The friendliness of the staff. Bedding excellent and yet Im hard. The cleanliness of the room and its location, halfway between the Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. The location is ideal, only 100 meters from the metro. Moreover, for a reservation at the last minute, the value for money was excellent. Good central location Rooms on the street are very noisy, the soundproofing of the rooms is still quite poor, the elevator was often out of service, wireless Internet access is only available in the hotel lobby and the service fee is very expensive, cleaning Rooms and bathrooms have been insufficient, the staff friendly but ineffective to solve the small problems.	4

Locatie was goed. Kamers waren erg schoon en comfortabel. Goede prijs. Geluid van Barcelona als mensen de hele nacht lang gesocialiseerd .... een unieke culturele ervaring. Niemand denkt om hun stem te laag te houden een beetje.	8
