The open space studios are very large with a lot of natural light. They are complete with an office and desk area, bathroom, and a fully fitted kitchen. The decor is very modern throughout. At the guest's disposal are an intercom with camera, an ADSL connection, a television, heating, air-conditioning and a sound system. The kitchen includes a microwave, an electric cooker, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a juicer, a toaster, a fridge / freezer, and a set of saucepans and cooking utensils. A bath kit with amenities as well as towels and sheets are included. Towels are change daily and room cleaning every three days.; Not available; The building has retained it's original facade and arcades from the 17th century giving it a historical feel. It has now, however, been carefully united with the modern and contemporary architecture of the 21st century.; The lobby is spacious and modern in decoration. It is very bright and colourful. There is a seating area and information boards next to reception.; The studios offer tranquility and quietness due to little street noise and the sound-proofing of the building. They also benefit from splendid natural light throughout the whole day. The studios are situated in the very central and historical neighborhood of the Borne area, in the heart of Barcelona. They are also located within a short walk to Barcelona's beach. Nearby there are the famous La Rambla and the Boqueria (the central market) and Picasso Museum. There are a multitude of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars right next to the property. The apartments themselves lie in a lovely and picturesque square. All of Gaudi's incredible buildings are also within easy reach by walking or using public transportation. |
