Well, very good location. Excellent choice of breakfast. There is a garage. The rooms are not the most stylish and elegant, modest bed.	9

Good location, reasonable prices. To the shopping area, Via Monte Napoleone tapa iliLa Rinascente can be reached in 5 minutes. Presonal friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Normal breakfast. You will enjoy if you like cheese and ham - 6 kinds of ham and 5 kinds of cheese, lots of fruit, croissants with chocolate or cream or jam.Layer cake with jam was neobyknomenno well. I recommend this hotel to those who will move a lot in the city and those who come to shop. Rather old-fashioned design. Not a very good soundproofing - we heard the woman went upstairs to his heels. The central location - as a consequence rather busy street under the window, though Im not much bothered. Lighting are scarce. In the bath is not enough protection from water, after primesh shower - bathroom for long stays wet.Employees, serving breakfast, not the most friendly people.	6

Clearance in my opinion - an old-fashioned, although very much in the Italian style! Provessionalizm like hotel employees, from front desk, finishing the waiters in the breakfast room. all very friendly, kind and aware of their responsibilities. Moreover, like having two computers in the lobby - you can quickly check email, watch something on the Internet, print a boarding pass.	8

When I made the order, then wrote a commentary that I need more crib (I went with the child), I have not provided it, although it may be because, Yu chtoya appeared at the hotel after midnight. And more ... knowing that Ill be with her baby for some reason I have provided a small room.	8

excellent value for money ... in close proximity to the Duomo and the shops! The staff was very privetlevy, always ready to help, even those who did not speak in English. Internet is free, but the rate of well-oooo very slow. Breakfast is delicious, but not drawn at 5 stars. While in general I enjoyed it.	10

Good location near the city center. Close to shops. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The hotel has no smoking rooms, so while the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Pillow was neudobnooy, and more were not. Although this is probably my fault - not asked the administration to change.	7

The staff were very friendly and kind-minded. The rooms really all thoroughly thought through, even slippers, is ideally located - the city center. Breakfast was very good.	9

excellent location. Close to the Cathedral moboru and city center. Rooms old, look mrachnovato.V bathroom in the morning was a strange smell.	7

great location, delicious breakfast, I recommend to stay in superior room at 8-9 floors. The staff is very friendly. standard room does not pull even at 2 stars. The hotel is clearly in need of repair. Internet periodically propodal.	8

The rooms are very clean. Maids responsive and pleasant to talk to. unfortunately does not provide non-smoking rooms - Room chustvovalsya smell of tobacco. Internet is very slow, not able to send mail. does not provide non-smoking rooms. Internet worked just barely. And could not send mail.	7

I liked the bed - a large and very comfortable. The staff at the reception behaved rude. Tried to settle us in the room, where you can smell the smoke that breathing was impossible.	6

We booked a room for 2 people, but when we arrived (at 8 pm), provided us the room was prepared for one (1 set of towels, a bathrobe, a pair of slippers and so on), we had to call twice to the reception before they prinesali, all that is necessary, and not even first time - the first time it was told only towels, and only the second - everything else. Location is good. But judging by the lobby, rooms, restaurants, etc., the hotel draws a maximum of three stars.	6
