The Sheraton Jerusalem Plaza Hotel is chosen by guests for its central location within walking distance of both the Old City and modern Jerusalem. Each of the hotel's 292 guest rooms - including 22 suites - are luxuriously appointed in modern, elegant decor, and feature panoramic views of the richly historic Old or New Cities of Jerusalem. Special Conditions Due to Jewish Sabbath requirements guests will be unable to check-in until the following times on Saturday evenings: 8 pm in the months of November, December, January, February and March. 10 pm in the months of April, May, June, July, August, September and October. The swimming pool closes from October and reopens in April (subject to weather). From January 27, 2008 to April 14, 2008, the hotel will be renovating the main entrance as well as the Lobby Lounge. Siesta hours will be respected. No work will be carried out from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning. Every effort will be made to cause minimum inconvenience to the guests. Two floors of the hotel will undergo renovations. The work will be done between the hours of 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with a break between 2:00 to 4:00 PM. No work will be done on Saturdays.
