The rooms are medium in size and pleasantly decorated in Italian/ Tuscan style with lots of stone tiles and colourfull wallpainting.
The bathrooms also are very stylish and functional with all equippment.; The Tuscan style Breakfast room with its rich and italian like breakfast invites all guests to a long breakfast in Patio style ambiente with a pleasant summergarden when suitable and the sun is shining.; A modern Munich like townhous in warm magnolia colours and in a nice surrounding.; The small lobby leading to the breakfast rooma nd bar welcomes the guests while they can wait in style in leathersofas or enjoy a cappucino.; A small private wonderful hotel with love to the detail and in a fantastic location right at the Goetheplatz and very close to the Sendlinger Torplatz with all nice restaurants and bars and also close within walking distance to the Marienplatz right through the town.
