The newly opened seafood restaurant, 'Le Merou' was designed with the help of Michel Rostang, the famous 2 star Michelin chef from Paris and Sir Peter Ustinov's Bar International, named after the hotel's regular guest, is the hotel's brand new bar. The Dom Hotel offers superb conference facilities. During the refurbishment, 6 new conference rooms decorated in warm colours have been added, equipped with modern technology including wireless LAN.
