There was competent, friendly and courteous service. Lovely room, which we usually can not afford. There is quiet in the evening and night. Breakfast was really good. On the second day there were too many people in morgenmadsbuffeen and experience was not as good as the day before.	9

Fabulous kamer - betaalden we voor een upgrade naar delux bij aankomst en kreeg een geweldige zaal - zon beetje het beste wat ik ooit in verbleven - met uitzicht over de dierentuin. Zeer indrukwekkend en fantastisch waar voor uw geld. Het gebied was interessanter dan ik had gedacht en ik was blij dat we niet meer te betalen voor een hotel dichterbij Postsdamer Platz dat vond ik een beetje zielloos. We hadden een probleem met een defecte thermostaat - kamer was minstens 25C - de eerste persoon die we vragen bij de receptie heeft ons zojuist gezegd het uitschakelen van de lucht-systeem geheel en wacht - de volgende dag bij het uitchecken hebben we klacht. Het personeel was zeer verontschuldigende - duidelijk een fout en we zijn verhuisd naar een andere kamer. We kregen de volgende vouchers blijven, maar koos voor teruggaaf van de upgrade. Al met al zeer tevreden.	9

Locatie van het hotel is erg handig als het in de buurt is van alles wat je nodig hebt van sightseeing, winkelen of uitstapjes. Het hotel ligt vrij oud met sombere decoratie. Het heeft behoefte aan een facelift van het merk match.	8

Ligging en bereikbaarheid is zeer goed. Uitstekend restaurant. De planken waar de handdoeken en badjassen waren geplaatst was niet schoongemaakt voor enige tijd en verzamelde stof	8

zeer behulpzaam personeel met goede aanbevelingen, grote kamer met mooie grote badkamer, alle gemakken die nodig indien aanwezig in de kamer, bus 200 stopt aan de deur	10

Sluiten proximaty aan de dierentuin Zoo Garden en de U-Bahn. Zeer ruime en rustige kamers. De badkamer was enorm! Personeel was zeer professioneel, vriendelijk en benaderbaar. Room service was ook geweldig. Het hotel en mijn verblijf in het Intercontinental was geweldig. Het enige dat niet ideaal was was de positie van de tv in de kamer en niet met de flexibiliteit om het (anders dan om te kijken in de weken bad) te verplaatsen. We hebben toch t kijken naar een veel tv en waren er te buiten en Berlijn hebben dus het was niet vreselijk gewoon iets anders in vergelijking met andere hotels.	8

de locatie aan de winkelstraat de lobby van het hotel was zeer onaantrekkelijk ... verwacht gezien is het beter de Intercontinental. De kamerprijs is veel duurder voor de kwaliteit van de kamer.	6
