I few that liked this hotel. I had to wait 20 minutes, that would register and 20 minutes to leave the hotel. The staff were very unfriendly. Do not stop at this hotel again.	6

The hotel has an excellent location, about a block from Grand Place. The hotel has a beautiful lobby, rooms are medium in size and very comfortable. The hotel does not have the necessary information for tourists who want to see the city, no putivoditeley, and the concierge does not provide such information.	8

Convenient location, close to the center, nice rooms - exquisite wood trim. We paid 109 euros per room on Saturday, the room was luxurious. Very loud running water system, could be heard when the neighbors took a shower early in the morning!	9

I was happy to stay at the hotel, very nice bed and breakfast, urovtym high quality of service. Heard the noise from the corridor, poor sound insulation, you can hear how others speak.	10

I can appreciate the hotel location, interior and concierge services. Before arrival, the hotel took my credit kartysummu twice the price per night. After leaving, they have written off without my knowledge, my credit card for a bottle of red wine from the minibar, which I never used. The hotel is free to use my credit card to cover their costs without asking beforehand.Staff is working poorly, slowly, in long queues. Very poor air conditioning in the room.	5

Location excellent, near the Grand Place, within easy reach of the metro station. The hotel is very clean. The rooms were much smaller than shown on the site.	9

Rooms and beds are very comfortable, modern television set, a wonderful location, close to Grand Place. Breakfast could be more diverse, but it was all very high quality. The staff was very intrusive: they knocked on the door many times in the morning, starting at 8, then again at 9 and 10, they wanted to clean the room, but I think this behavior is unacceptable.	7

Location is excellent, better just does not happen, just 1 min to Central Station, Grand Place and the shopping streets. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. A very slow Internet connection, and the thin walls between rooms, when my neighbor turned on TV at midnight, was under the impression that the TV is in my room.	8

Breakfast and Internet usage cost is very expensive. Located in the heart of Brussels, a good set of tools for the bathroom, excellent condition, if you eat on business.	8

Charge for use of the Internet! The hotel is very nice and conveniently located from the Central Station and Grand Place.	8

Good location, but the hotel itself is very modern. The price for the Internet is quite high - 19.95 and does not include council tax (30%), so that leaves about 26 for 24 hours.	9
