Cancellation and no show charge the 100% of the total stay. 12 June, 17-19 June: cancellations and modifications allowed until 7 nights prior the arrival. From the airport: take the bus to Westbahnhof station, then U6 metro to Alserstrasse station and then you can take the 43 tram to get off on Palffygasse, the next stop, or go on foot from Alserstrasse, it is a five minutes walk. The second street to the left is Bergsteiggasse, where the hotel is located.. By car: take Guertel towards Grinzing and Ottakringerstrasse towards the city`s outskirts
